特定調停とは？
特定調停は、借金の返済に困った人が簡易裁判所に申し立て、債権者と話し合って返済条件等を変更し、経済的立ち直りを図る制度です。
調停では、裁判所が選ぶ調停委員が、債権者・債務者間の和解成立の手助けをします。
調停委員は、債権者・債務者双方の話を聞きながら、調停（返済計画の合意）の成立を図るのです。
